Shawnna Hull serves as CEO and CFO of Hullmark Construction, bringing over two decades of industry experience and a genuine passion for the work to everything she does. Shawnna's expertise spans contract oversight and administration, company documentation and accountability, and a creative, fresh perspective that keeps HMC's projects sharp and forward-thinking. Her career path was anything but a straight line — it started with a receptionist position at a local metal manufacturer right out of high school, where she quickly earned two promotions before making the move to what would eventually become HMC. From Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant, Project Sales, HR Manager, and Administrative Manager, Shawnna has done the work at every level of the business. In January of 2019, she stepped into her current role as CEO/CFO — and the company hasn't looked back.

In 2023, Shawnna added another milestone to her impressive résumé by obtaining her Class A General Contractor license, an accomplishment she's rightfully proud of. Her professional philosophy says it all: "Be kind, do work you can be proud of, and don't be afraid to learn new things." When she's not running the show at HMC, you'll find Shawnna tending to her chickens, pigs, goat, emu, cats, dogs, and the occasional stray or two, gardening, remodeling her home, hitting the road with Jeremy for a weekend adventure, or working her way through an audiobook — all 56 of them last year. Yes, you read that right.

Jeremy Hull is the President of Hullmark Construction and is involved with every aspect of our projects - from design to occupancy to long-term maintenance contracts, Jeremy is in the know.  Jeremy takes pride in his ability to align our clients' vision with a practical plan that keep our projects economical and aesthetically pleasing.  He is excellent at getting to the details of a client's individual needs and coordinating with multiple trades in order to bring their vision to life.

Jeremy has been in or around the construction industry his entire life, with his earliest skills taught to him by his father, mentor, and friend Gary Hull.  Jeremy enjoys challenging his knowledge with creative and complex projects that allow him to practice his professional motto:  "Leave your customers happy and make friends along the way."  In his downtime, Jeremy likes to work on projects with his "Ride or Die", Shawnna.  Whether it's a kitchen remodel, building furniture for his home, or planning his and Shawnna's next weekend road trip, Jeremy is always up for a challenge or adventure.

Jon Main is Hullmark Construction's Structural Steel Supervisor, and with 43 years in the trade, there aren't many people who know steel the way Jon does. His expertise spans the full scope of structural steel work — from AutoCAD 3-D detailing for shop and field drawings, to quality control during shop fabrication, all the way through the erection of structural steel in the field. Jon's knowledge is the kind that can only come from decades of hands-on experience, and the HMC team is better for it.

Jon's career path started close to home — his dad was a lifelong steelworker who got him his first job at just 17 years old. What started as a foot in the door became a lifetime of mastery. After more than four decades in the trade, Jon counts one of his proudest professional milestones as simply continuing to learn new skills — because in his world, the moment you stop growing is the moment you stop doing your best work. That mindset is perfectly summed up in the motto Jon lives by on every project: "If you don't take pride in your work, what's the point?" At HMC, that's exactly the kind of attitude we build on.

Sarah Inman is the Executive Administrator at Hullmark Construction, and in many ways, HMC is more than just a job — it's family. Sarah joined the team because she wanted to be a part of something her dad helped build, and that sense of pride and purpose shows in everything she does. Whether she's on the job-site or behind the desk, Sarah's versatility makes her an asset wherever she's needed most.

Sarah has a natural gift for building relationships — with customers, contractors, and the HMC team alike — and a sharp eye for detail that makes her the person you want in your corner when something doesn't quite add up. Call her the "Detailed Discrepancy Detective." She thrives on taking on new challenges and embraces every opportunity to learn something new along the way, which is perhaps her greatest professional strength. At HMC, that kind of adaptability and enthusiasm isn't just appreciated — it's essential.

Outside of work, Sarah is all about her family and her creative side. She has a knack for taking something ordinary and transforming it into a one-of-a-kind piece — which, when you think about it, isn't too far off from what HMC does every single day.

Chris Lehman brings 37 years of commercial construction experience to the Hullmark Construction team, making him an invaluable resource on every project. With deep expertise in plumbing and site utilities, Chris has seen and done it all — and that wealth of knowledge shows in the quality and reliability he brings to the job site every day. Chris got his start the old-fashioned way, going to work for the family business, and that foundation of hard work and dedication has never left him.

One of Chris's greatest points of pride is being able to look his grandsons in the eye and tell them he had a hand in building something they've been in or at least know by name — and that's no small thing after nearly four decades in the trade. His professional philosophy is simple but powerful: always follow through on what you promised the customer. At HMC, that's not just a motto, it's a standard. When Chris isn't on the job, you can find him wrenching on his old trucks — because for a guy who's spent his life building things, the work doesn't really stop when the workday does.
